Are the SMUG Bags waterproof?

The SMUG Bags have a 100% waterproof lining, designed to either keep the wet stuff in or the wet stuff out.

How much is package and postage charges

At the moment we are running a free postage and packing offer.  Please note that this is for a limited time period.  Please note that postage and packaging is normally charged at £5.00 per SMUG Bag

How much do the SMUG Bags cost?

The SMUG Bag is charged at £15.99 with free postage and packaging.

What happens if my SMUG Bag is faulty?

If your SMUG Bag is faulty when it arrives please contact us immediately and we will look into things to ensure that this does not continue to happen.  Please note that the SMUG Bag company do not accept liability for any rips or tears that appear in the SMUG Bag due to sharp objects being placed in it.  The SMUG Bag Company do not accept liability or returns of the SMUG Bag through wear and tear.

If your SMUG Bag is faulty on arrival then we shall ensure that if this is due to a manufacturing fault then we will replace it for you.

What are the dimensions of the SMUG Bag?

The dimensions of the SMUG Bag when folded ready for transporting is 26.5 inches high and 36 inches wide.  When this is opened flat then it would be 36 inches wide and 53 inches high.

How big a rug can you fit in the bag?

The pictures are shown with a 7’6’’ heavy weight rug folded with no difficulties within the SMUG Bag

Are the SMUG Bags washable?

Yes they are 100% washable.  We would recommend that you wash them on a delicate wash, or perhaps you may prefer to simply sponge them down.

What happens if my SMUG Bag does not arrive?

All SMUG Bags are traceable as we send them out through a traceable parcel service.  In the event that your SMUG Bag does not arrive then please notify us immediately and we will track the order to find out its destination and arrange successful delivery.

How long will my SMUG Bag take to arrive?

If you place an order for your SMUG Bag before 12 noon then it will be sent out the same day, however should you place an order later than 12 noon it will be sent out the following day, allowing around 2 working days to be delivered.

What else can I use the SMUG Bag for?

We have had many people buy the SMUG Bag for their horse rugs and then realise when they have one that it can be used for many other functions too.  When opened the SMUG Bag can be used as a boot liner to keep your car tidy, or perhaps as a liner when you are transporting your wet and muddy dogs.  Many people have also bought the SMUG Bag for carrying garden waste as it is easy to open the bag out and place all your garden rubbish in it and then zip it up, making it easy to carry the rubbish.  Please note that the SMUG Bag company do not accept responsibility for rips or tears due to sharp objects being placed in it, which can result in tearing or snagging.
